At Homegrown, we believe that meaningful learning grows through relationships, rhythm, and shared values. Our Educator Partnership program is designed for educators who are interested in offering ongoing or recurring programs for children of various ages in our space.

What Is an Educator Partnership?

An Educator Partnership is ideal for facilitators who wish to host:

  • Weekly or bi-weekly classes

  • Multi-month or seasonal programs

  • Consistent small-group learning experiences

These programs become part of Homegrown’s regular schedule and community offerings, which means we take special care in selecting partners who align with our approach.

Our Philosophy

Homegrown Learning values:

  • Traditional values and morals

  • Play-based and developmentally supportive learning

  • Respect for children’s autonomy and curiosity

  • Calm, welcoming environments

  • Open-ended exploration and thoughtful facilitation

Partner educators should feel comfortable working within a shared space, collaborating with our team, and supporting a respectful, child-centered experience.

Who This Partnership Is For

We partner with educators and facilitators who offer:

  • Early childhood, elementary, or overall homeschool enrichment for various ages

  • Nature-based, creative, or hands-on learning

  • Movement, mindfulness, or wellness for children

  • Arts, STEM, or skill-building programs

Programs may be drop-off or caregiver-supported, depending on age, group size, and structure.

How the Partnership Works

Apply
Submit an Educator Partnership application sharing your background, program idea, and preferred schedule.

Connect
We’ll schedule a conversation to explore alignment, logistics, and expectations.

Trial Period
New partnerships begin with a short trial (typically 1–2 classes) to ensure a good fit for everyone.

Ongoing Collaboration
Once established, we’ll confirm a schedule, communication plan, and shared responsibilities.

Pricing & Scheduling

Pricing for Educator Partnerships is structured to support ongoing use of the space while remaining accessible to educators.

Rates may be based on:

  • Per-session pricing for short series

  • Monthly flat rates for weekly programs

Final pricing is discussed individually based on frequency, duration, and space needs.

Shared Expectations

To support a positive experience for children, families, and educators:

  • Partner educators provide any curriculum, materials, and supplies

  • Educators manage room flow and child supervision during sessions

  • Programs align with Homegrown’s values and space guidelines

  • Open communication and collaboration are expected

Additional details will be shared during onboarding.
