About the event
Join Homegrown as we head to Harmony Cider Press to pick, sort, and press apples!
The kids will have an opportunity to participate in a tour of the farm, help the farm pick local apples used for cider, and be able to press apple cider! There will be other treats available for purchase as well.
This event is free and open to the homeschool community! Children almost 3 and older are able to participate in this event. Baby siblings are welcome. Space is limited. Please RSVP by Thursday, October 1st. Be sure to include the number of participating children and the number of siblings.
Harmony Cider Press has been part of the local community since 1924. The farm provides fresh grown produce and locally sourced products while preserving the rich history of cider pressing. For more information about this local business: https://www.harmonyciderpress.com
