About the event
Join us for our Homeschool Pod Day on Wednesday, September 30th at 10:30am at Pohatcong Native Arboretum. Please park in the parking lot and then head up to the field area by the little cabin.
We're excited to have Homegrown Mama, Mel, joining us! She will lead a Fall lesson about why the leaves change colors followed up by a leaf art activity!
Afterwards, the kids can continue to explore the area and play while we get a chance to chat and connect! There is also a loop hike we can do!
We usually bring a blanket, lunch & snacks and hangout until the kids let us know they're ready to head home.
Remember, these pod days are FREE to the community and are open to anyone considering or committed to homeschooling. They are appropriate for ages 0-10. Even if your child is still young to participate in the activity, it is…
