Service Description

Come join us as we explore engineering concepts through play and designing fun! In addition to the hands-on workshops, each child will get to create their own figure to take home, as well as get their own building kit (these change monthly!) This workshop is designed for ~5-10 year olds. If you have a younger/older kiddo who might be interested, please feel free to reach out! In this month-long Bricks Workshop, kids will dive into hands-on building challenges that strengthen essential learning skills. Through creative construction, teamwork, and guided problem-solving, children will practice: Critical thinking & engineering concepts Understanding how structures work, testing ideas, and adjusting designs. Fine motor skills & spatial awareness Using small pieces to build with precision and visualize 3D creations. Creativity & imaginative play Turning ideas into physical builds and experimenting freely. Collaboration & communication Working together, sharing materials, and explaining their thinking. Persistence & growth mindset Trying, rebuilding, and discovering that mistakes are part of the process. Each week offers a balance of instruction, open-ended building, and fun challenges—all designed to support confident, curious learners. FAQ: What is your inclement weather policy? If we need to close on a scheduled day, we’ll notify families as soon as possible. Any closure will include a make-up day added to the end of the workshop calendar. Make-up days are only provided when the location itself closes, not when families choose to stay home due to weather conditions or any other reason. Is this drop off? You may absolutely drop off! You are also welcome to stay and hang out in our space. Younger siblings are welcome, we just ask that you keep them out of the main area while the workshop is in session.
